Clients who do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows: 24 hours or more notice: Package will be cancelled without charge. Less than 24 hour notice: 50% of package price. Failure to show: The entire package or service price. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and all sales final. No exceptions.
